Trina and David lived in a number of countries until David’s retirement from the oil industry, managing many different offshore projects. David is now fully retired, and is the ‘in-house DIY and maintenance man’
Trina is passionate about food and cooking, is a Cordon Bleu trained cook and teacher, has a very successful cookery school and has written cookery books. She had her own radio cookery programme in Norway and her own catering company for many years, catering for everything from huge weddings to business luncheons.
Both are keen and knowledgeable gardeners, love the countryside and are great supporters of local food and wine producers.
